Controls\/restrains\/slows scapular protraction at ScC and ipsilateral rotation of trunk at spinal joints.<\/li>\n<li>Isometric action: stabilization of the scapula.<\/li>\n<li>Innervation: accessory XI nerve; cervical spinal nerves C3-C5.<\/li>\n<li>Arterial supply: transverse cervical artery (branch from thyrocervical trunk), dorsal scapular artery (branch from subclavian artery).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Clinical Significance.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"rl-gallery-container rl-loading\" id=\"rl-gallery-container-1\" data-gallery_id=\"6131\"> <div class=\"rl-gallery-description\">Trapezius, middle.
