Horizontal arm flexion.<\/li>\n<li>Reverse mover action: upward tilt of the scapula at the glenohumeral (GH) and scapulocostal (ScC) joints. Downward scapular rotation. Scapular protraction.<\/li>\n<li>Eccentric action: controls\/restrains\/slows arm extension, abduction, and horizontal extension.
