Health and Wellness Coaching (HWC)
Health and Wellness Coaching promotes personal discovery, growth, and optimal performance (e.g. work, home, etc.). A growth-promoting coach-client relationship is built on trust, honesty, and a partnership where the client is autonomous—in control and in the “driver’s seat”. The HWC approach uses (but not limited to): coaching science and psychology; positive psychology; behavior change psychology; self-determination theory; the transtheoretical model of change; and motivational interviewing. Coaching is not “therapy”.

Nutrition (Coming soon!)
Using the principles and framework of Precision Nutrition’s client-centered, behavior change psychology approach, I would be excited to partner with you in your journey to improve your nutritional needs. Shirley Chung is both Pn1 and Pn2 certified (Pn is Precision Nutrition). Please know that I cannot address nutritional needs for any medical problem/issue (e.g. diabetes, heart disease). Legally, only a registered dietitian (RD) can do that. However, I can help in providing nutritional information, and supporting you in nutritional goals. I would be more than happy to work with your medical healthcare team to provide additional support.
Online Training (Coming soon!)
Slow is smooth; smooth is fast. Train like you mean it. Based on your goals and needs, Shirley can develop an effective, progressive, time-efficient exercise program (with lots of options) that will fit into your lifestyle and schedule. Shirley is NASM CPT and CES certified.
